Your 9 pm furnace calls are going to the next shop on the list.
Mile High Voice is an AI phone agent that picks up when you can't. It books routine jobs on your schedule, sends real emergencies to your on-call tech, and texts you a summary of every call. Setup is done for you, so there's nothing to learn.
Run by Peter in Denver. I set up every agent myself, in person at your shop.

Free build and pilot. You pay nothing, setup included, until the agent books your first 10 jobs.
How the guarantee worksWhat happens to a 9:42 pm call right now
Someone with a problem calls your shop after close. Here's how it usually goes, and how it goes with an agent on the line.
Voicemail
They don't leave a message and wait. They hang up and call the next shop on Google, and that shop gets the job.
Answering service
Someone takes a message. It can't tell a burst pipe from a dripping faucet, so either you get woken up for nothing or a real emergency waits until morning.
Mile High Voice
The agent finds out what's wrong. A real emergency goes straight to your on-call tech. A routine job gets booked for the morning. Either way, you get a text with a summary and the recording.
How it works
-
Forward your line
Calls forward to the agent after hours, or whenever your office is on another call. Your number stays the same.
-
The agent sorts the call
It introduces itself as your shop's AI assistant, asks what's going on, and follows the emergency rules we set up together.
-
You get the text
Emergencies reach your on-call tech right away. Everything else lands as a booking and a short summary you can read in ten seconds.
Hear it for yourself
Call the demo line and pretend your furnace just quit.
It takes about a minute. The agent will tell you it's an AI assistant, ask what's wrong, and decide whether to book you or put you through to a tech.
Pricing
I recommend starting with after-hours and overflow coverage. Every plan starts with a free build and pilot.

How the guarantee works
- I build the agent for your shop and run it on your line for free. The $2,500 setup fee is deferred until the guarantee is met.
- A job counts when a customer first reached the agent about a new problem and your tech went out within 14 days.
- You pay nothing, setup included, until the agent books your first 10 jobs.
- After the 10th job, billing starts for the deferred setup fee and your chosen monthly plan.
- If 60 days pass without 10 jobs, you walk away owing nothing.
Free after-hours check
Not ready for a pilot? I'll call your shop after you close this week, like a customer would, and send you exactly what happened.
- Who or what picked up, and when
- How long a callback took, if one came
- What a customer would have done next
No pitch attached. It's useful to know either way.
Who's behind this
I'm Peter, a data scientist based in Denver. I build AI and automation systems, and I started Mile High Voice because too many good local shops lose jobs to a voicemail box.
I build and tune every agent myself. I'll come to your shop, learn how you handle emergencies and who's on call, and set the agent up around that. When something needs changing, you call me.
Questions owners ask
Will my customers know it's AI?
Yes. The agent introduces itself as your shop's AI assistant at the start of every call. Customers mostly care that someone picks up and gets them help.
What happens on a real emergency?
We set the emergency rules together before launch: things like no heat in freezing weather, active leaks, or a gas smell. Those calls go straight to your on-call tech. If a caller mentions a gas smell or fire, the agent tells them to leave and call 911 first.
Does it work with my scheduling software?
Tell me what you use. Every shop gets bookings by text and email from day one. Booking straight onto your calendar or job software depends on which one you run, and I'll confirm what's possible before we start.
Jobber and Housecall Pro have AI receptionists now. Why pay more?
If yours is set up and working, keep it. Mile High Voice is for shops that want it built, tuned, and watched by someone local, with emergency routing set up around your actual on-call rotation. It's done for you, and you have a person to call when something needs to change.
Can I hear my calls?
Yes. Every call comes with a recording and a written summary. Callers are told calls are recorded.
What if I want to stop?
You can switch the agent off any time by turning off call forwarding, and your phone works exactly as it did before. During the free pilot, stopping costs nothing. After that, it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
Try the demo, then let's talk
Call the demo line and try it yourself. If you like what you hear, I'll build one for your shop, and you'll pay nothing until it books your first 10 jobs.
